What we charge for

One fee. Everything you need to get there.

Moving your career abroad means proving, in the receiving country's own terms, that your qualifications and language are what you say they are. That paperwork is the work — and it's the whole of what we charge for.

Consultancy fee $25

Start your application

Credential evaluation and recognition We prepare and submit your qualifications for formal recognition, including the anabin and ZAB route for Germany, so your training is legally readable to a European employer.
Document translation and notarisation Certified translation of certificates, transcripts, references and civil documents, notarised to the standard the destination authority accepts.
Language training to B1 or B2 Structured tuition toward the CEFR level your target country and profession require, with preparation for the recognised exam.
Visa application preparation We assemble and check your full application file, book the appointment, and prepare you for the interview.
CV and interview preparation Your CV rebuilt to European convention, plus mock interviews in the format employers in your destination actually use.

Nurses Registered and enrolled nurses. Recognition of your nursing qualification is the central step, and it's one we handle directly.

Caregivers Elderly and home care, where demand across Europe is consistently high and routes are well established.

Electricians Qualified electricians and electrical technicians, where your trade certification needs mapping to the destination country's standard.

Construction workers Skilled and semi-skilled building trades.

Teachers Trained teachers, including subject specialists. Language level usually matters most here.

Bus and commercial drivers Licence conversion and category recognition are the main requirements.

Forklift and warehouse Logistics and warehouse roles, including certificated forklift operators.

Factory and production Manufacturing, assembly and production roles across several European industries.

Hospitality Hotel, kitchen and front-of-house positions.

Data entry and customer service Office-based roles where written and spoken language is the main requirement alongside experience.

Where you could be working

These countries have documented shortages in skilled professions and legal routes for qualified workers from abroad. We work where those routes actually exist — and we only put applicants forward to employers offering a direct contract under the destination country's own labour law, with your passport and your documents staying in your hands.

How it works

From first contact to first day.

Five stages. Most applications take four to seven weeks — and how fast yours moves depends more on you than on us.

Select Choose the country and job category you want to be considered for. Talk to us first if you're unsure which route your qualifications fit.

Register Complete the application form and pay the $25 consultancy fee. This covers the review and evaluation of your documents. It does not buy a job, a visa, or a place with any employer.

Submit your documents Send us the completed form together with the documents listed below. This is the stage where applications stall — the sooner your file is complete and accurate, the sooner everything else can move.

Verification We review your file and check your qualifications against what the destination country requires. Where appropriate, you move on to interview and medical scheduling.

Processing We guide you through the employment and visa stages, and prepare the documentation each authority expects.

What we can and can't promise. Paying the consultancy fee does not guarantee a job offer, a visa, or immigration approval. Those decisions rest with employers and with the immigration authorities of the destination country — not with us. What we guarantee is that your documents are properly prepared and your application is put forward correctly. If we don't believe there's a realistic route for you, we will tell you before you pay.

What you'll need

Documents we ask for.

Gather these early. A complete file is the single biggest factor in how quickly your application moves.

Identification A valid international passport.

Education and skills Your highest qualification — secondary certificate, degree, or a recognised apprenticeship or vocational certificate.

Employment history An updated CV, plus a reference or attestation from a previous employer.

Police clearance A criminal record certificate from your country of residence.

Medical fitness A medical assessment where the destination or role requires one.

Language Functional English. IELTS or another recognised qualification may be preferred depending on the country and role.

You obtain these documents yourself and pay any official charges for them directly to the issuing body. We do not collect those costs.
